Hashiru Sushi

Welcome to Hashiru Sushi, the hidden gem of San José del Cabo located at 8 de Octubre, 23406. This charming Japanese restaurant has quickly become a local favorite for those seeking fresh, authentic sushi with a touch of creativity.

As you approach Hashiru Sushi, you may notice its modest exterior—a delightful "hole in the wall" vibe that invites you in with the promise of a memorable meal. You won't find long lines here, as this local spot caters to an intimate setting with only a handful of tables, perfect for those seeking a cozy dining experience.

At Hashiru Sushi, customers rave about the freshness and quality of the fish. Nancy Gilbert describes their tower of tuna with mango as a must-try, combining vibrant flavors in a stunning presentation. The rolls here defy the norm; they are masterfully crafted with far less rice, allowing the seafood to truly shine. Inspired by both traditional and modern influences, each roll offers a slight Mexican twist that elevates the experience, as noted by Jamie Sheard.

Highlights of Hashiru Sushi:

  • Ahi Tuna S’abima Tower: A piece of art on your plate that keeps customers coming back for more.

Wonderful little “hole in the wall” with great, amazing food and a super friendly service. Can’t believe the affordability and freshness. Order the tower of tuna with mango on top. We got two cold rolls as well. They don’t pad everything with rice, and there are 10 pieces to a roll. Our rolls were like a CA/Philadelphia roll with seafood on top. Next time I would order more sashimi or sushi because the tuna was beyond fresh. Not a lot of tables here, not for big groups. Loved it!!!

This is the place you are looking for! Our favorite place for sushi. It’s a little family run spot, with the best and freshest sushi. We have come here over 20 times and it never ceases to amaze. The miso is ANAZINg and the ahi tuna s’abima tower is a piece of art. Super reasonable prices and the head sushi chef is super chill. Enjoy! Your welcome!

Place is off-the-beaten-track. It looks like a locals sushi place and streets are rough paved - BUT great service and great food. The quality was top notch...
